ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
Haryana Nav Yuvak Kala Sangam derives its motivation from its Executive Body, which is the policy formulating body of the organization. Besides guiding the organization in identifying the focal areas, it also provides consultative support to all the programmes of the organization. The body comprises persons having many years of experience in different walks of life.
The day to day functions of the organization with relevance to Project Management, Review & Networking for Organizational Growth and Development is handled by the Executive Director. He is assisted by the Project Directors.
Executive Director also looks after the project related day-to-day affairs. He is further assisted by Project Co-ordinators, Supervisors and the network of village Volunteers for implementing the projects.
The Organization has its head quarters at Rohtak in a highly approachable locality. Main office is well equipped with Conference & Training Hall with support system such as audio-visual aids/multiymedia, internet, fax Facilities, Computers, Photocopier, Binder with Vehicles for transportation besides the necessary office furnishing & the supporting staff. This enables organization to undertake in house processing, archival and computation of information.

Prof. D.R. Chaudhry, President
40 years experience in education, journalism and social work. Well versed with English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi language and literature. Taught English language and literature at Dayal Singh college, Delhi University, New Delhi from 1966 to 2000; has been Member & Chairman Haryana Public Service Commission, Chandigarh from Nov.1978 to Nov. 1983; Member Haryana Education Board from 1978 to 1981. Member Haryana Planning Board from 1978 to 1982. His articles, book reviews and papers have been published in numerous national dailies and journals of India. He edited a weekly newspaper for about ten years. He has several books published to his credit.

Prof. Dr. P.L. Trakroo, Vice President
Ph.D. in Health Sociology. Retd. Professor & Head, Deptt. of Communication, NIHFW, New Delhi. Teaching experience at University & National Institutions for over 26 years such as Punjab University Chandigarh, NIHFW. P.H.D. Committee member of AIIMS, Guest faculty for teaching to Bachelor & Master of nursing at Nursing College, N. Delhi, Course Director for Health Administrator, Guest Professor to IHM Maharashtra, Worked as Editor, NIHFW News Bulletin. Advised Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India on various Communication Strategies, Planning and Development. Presented and published a number of articles in Journal and Books. Member Steering Committee, international Forum for Health and Sciences, USA. Provided consultancy services to WHO, National Advisor ICDS etc.

Ms. Rani Peter, General Secretary 
8 Years rich experience in the field of Social sector i.e. Community Work, Women Empowerment related Projects, Field Level Surveys and Training etc., Formation and Nurturing of SHGs. Received different kinds of training on social issues, Government Scheme, Project Formulation, Organisational Management and Record Keeping etc. She has been having active association with the only beggars/leprosy colony i.e. Gandhi Ashram at Rohtak for the last six years. Now they had left begging & started an Income generating activity with her efforts.

Dr. R.C. Gupta, Deputy Secretary
M.D. (AIIMS), D.N.M. FCLI, FGLF, Dr. Gupta has retired from the post of Director, Health Services Haryana. Previously he has been Civil Surgeon of different districts of Haryana & a renowned Eye Surgeon & having a vast experience of many years in Health Department & conducting various Health Melas, Camps, Training Programmes, Exhibitions & other administrative works. He has been actively involved in Social Welfare Programme i.e. in Community Health Programmes & done exemplary work through out.

Dr. Jasphool Singh, Executive Director
Ph. D, P.G. in Ayurveda, Experience of 17 years in Development Sector. Rich experience of Implementing and Monitoring various Programmes of Govt. of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Rural Development, Human Resource Development, Environment and Forest etc. and World Bank, UNESCO, UNDP, UNICEF, USAID, DFID etc. Conducted many research projects, surveys, studies, evaluation and monitoring of various Govt. sponsored programmes in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan. Attended various State, National and International level Seminars, Workshops, Trainings, Meetings etc. on different development sector aspects. Presented papers at many State and National level Seminars, Training Workshops. Dr. Jasphool Singh is the Recipient of various prestigious awards/honour such as Vijay Rattan Award, Social Worker of the Millennium Award, Jewel of India Award, Red & White Bravery Award for Social Act of Courage etc.
