INTRODUCTION
Established in 1983 with an objective of providing sustainable development to urban and rural areas of Haryana. Haryana Nav Yuvak Kala Sangam (HNYKS) has been undertaking various developmental programmes in regionally relevant sectoral areas. In the process, the organization has not only achieved a tremendous field presence but also has developed a body of professionals belonging to various streams. HNYKS has also established a vast network of volunteers at the grass roots level and consultants at regional level. This Human Resource Asset enables the organization to undertake and implement projects of varying nature in a professionalized manner. Each of the organization’s programmes has always focused on achieving programme sustainability and replicability besides the project objectives.
Besides implementing field projects in the areas of Women Empowerment, Health (RCH, AYUSH), Social Welfare, Rural Development, Education & Training, Awareness Generation, Environment and Income Generation, the organization has also conducted various sponsored and un-sponsored research Studies/Surveys. Conducting Awareness Generation & Sensitization Campaigns in both rural and urban settings is one of the many strengths of Haryana Nav Yuvak Kala Sangam.
